Right now, I'm reading my Flower Fairies Treasury by Cicely Mary Barker.
It's making me sad, because I used to have a very clear idea in my head of what all the fairies were like, their names, their families, where they lived, et cetera...and I've forgotten it all.
That's because I'm old and forgetful. Still, nostalgia ftw.
So small, so blue, in grassy places,
My flowers raise
Their tiny faces.
By streams my bigger sisters grow,
And smile in gardens,
In a row.
I've never seen a garden plot;
But though I'm small,
Forget me not!
